First Stage: Oil and Grease Pretreatment
Using Yimei's DNF system, micro-bubbles efficiently remove suspended solids, oils, and detergent foam. This reduces the biochemical load in subsequent stages and adapts to the fluctuating nature of car wash wastewater.

Second Stage: Biological Purification and Dissolution
Utilizing the MBBR process, microbial films on suspended biological carriers degrade dissolved organic matter (BOD/COD). This method ensures high efficiency, strong impact resistance, and minimal sludge production, making it ideal for small to medium-scale wastewater treatment.

Third Stage: Deep Purification
Through sand filtration, precision filtration, and activated carbon adsorption, residual turbidity, color, and trace pollutants are removed. This guarantees clear, transparent, odorless, and tasteless effluent, meeting high-quality reuse standards.
