This equipment integrates three core technologies: AO (anaerobic-aerobic process), MBR (Membrane Bioreactor), and MBBR (Moving Bed biofilm Reactor), and meets the local strict environmental protection emission standards with its high efficiency, energy conservation, intelligence and stability.

The equipment parameters were optimized in accordance with the tropical climate of Costa Rica and the water quality characteristics of local food processing plants. The daily processing capacity reached 12 tons, the COD removal rate was ≥95%, and energy consumption was reduced by 30%.

3. Intelligent operation and maintenance

Equipped with a cloud-based remote monitoring system, it supports fault early warning and real-time data analysis, addressing the operation and maintenance pain points of overseas customers.
