On August 22,2025, it was announced that an advanced 5-cubic-meter-per-day (5m³/d) integrated sewage treatment system has been successfully shipped to the Philippines, a key nation in Southeast Asia. Featuring mature biological treatment processes and intelligent control systems, this equipment will treat domestic wastewater from communities. The treated water meets high-quality standards for direct use in landscaping irrigation or landscape water replenishment, significantly enhancing environmental protection standards.

This shipment demonstrates our determination and ability to deeply expand into the Southeast Asian market with flexible and efficient decentralized sewage treatment solutions.

The Philippines, a nation comprising over 7,000 islands, faces challenges in maintaining municipal water supply networks across many regions. As tourism remains a key economic driver, numerous resorts, hotels, and coastal communities are raising environmental protection standards. Untreated domestic sewage discharged directly poses significant threats to marine ecosystems and public health. Our integrated wastewater treatment system is specifically designed to address these pressing challenges. Without requiring complex civil engineering projects, it delivers efficient end-of-pipe solutions for decentralized pollution sources.

Core technologies: integrated design, biological treatment and intelligent operation and maintenance

The five integrated equipment shipped this time is a model of its "small but exquisite" concept:

1. Integrated and Compact Design: The system combines the equalization tank, biochemical treatment tank, sedimentation tank, and disinfection water tank into a single carbon steel corrosion-resistant or fiberglass reinforced plastic container. This compact structure occupies minimal space, making it particularly suitable for islands, mountainous terrain, and tourist attractions with limited space and complex topography. The design significantly reduces both civil engineering costs and installation complexity.

2. Efficient biological treatment process: The core adopts A/O (anaerobic and aerobic, MBR (membrane bioreactor) and other advanced biological treatment technology, which can effectively remove organic matter (BOD/COD), total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP) and other pollutants in sewage, and the treatment effect is far better than that of traditional septic tank.

3. Intelligent automatic control: The equipment is equipped with automatic intelligent control system, which supports remote monitoring, fault alarm and unattended operation, greatly reducing the difficulty of operation and maintenance management and labor cost of customers in the later period, and ensuring the stability of processing process and reliability of water quality.
