After the coagulation and flocculation process, the wastewater enters the buffer distribution chamber through the inlet. Internal flow-guiding and buffering structures are installed inside the equipment to evenly distribute the water flow and reduce the impact caused by incoming wastewater.

Inclined Plate Solid-Liquid Separation

After entering the inclined plate assembly, wastewater slowly flows upward through the gaps between the inclined plates at approximately a 60° angle. Suspended particles, colloidal substances, and flocs formed during the coagulation and flocculation process gradually settle under the action of gravity and attach to the surface of the inclined plates.
As the amount of accumulated solids increases, sludge particles automatically slide downward along the inclined plate surface and eventually enter the sludge hopper.
This inclined plate settling technology significantly improves sedimentation efficiency while maintaining a compact equipment footprint, making it ideal for various industrial wastewater treatment applications.
Clear Water Collection and Outlet Zone
The clarified water with suspended solids removed continuously rises from the inclined plate module and overflows into the outlet channel through the top section.
The adjustable weir plate ensures stable and uniform water discharge, and the treated water is then transferred to the next wastewater treatment process unit for further treatment.
Post-Treatment Stage: Sludge Thickening and Discharge
The settled sludge slides into the sludge hopper, where it naturally undergoes concentration and thickening.
The bottom sludge discharge valve is opened periodically to remove high-concentration sludge. Combined with additional sludge dewatering equipment configured in the system, the separated sludge can be further processed for disposal or reuse.
The remaining supernatant water is returned to the front-end treatment process for retreatment, ensuring efficient water recovery and stable operation of the complete wastewater treatment system.
