We are very pleased to announce that an advanced containerized integrated sewage treatment device with a processing capacity of 180 cubic meters per day was successfully dispatched on July 11, 2025, to Cote d 'Ivoire, a West African country. This equipment will be applied to the local industrial wastewater treatment, providing a stable and efficient sewage treatment solution for it.
Core process highlights
1. Optimized biological treatment unit: The equipment integrates carefully designed anoxic tanks, anaerobic tanks and aerobic tanks inside. This mature AO process combination, through the synergistic effect of different microbial communities in specific environments, achieves efficient degradation of organic matter in wastewater and simultaneous deep removal of nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants.
2. Advanced Biofilm Enhancement technology - MBBR: In the aerobic treatment unit, we innovatively integrated the MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) technology. By adding special suspended fillers, a huge surface area for the attachment and growth of microorganisms is provided. This not only significantly enhances the processing efficiency and shock load resistance of the system, but also enables the equipment to achieve higher processing efficiency in a smaller footprint, making it particularly suitable for sites with limited space.
3. Membrane separation ensures effluent quality - MBR: The equipment is equipped with an MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) membrane separation system at the end. Ultrafiltration/microfiltration membrane modules efficiently intercept all suspended solids, bacteria and most viruses in water, ensuring that the final effluent is clear and transparent, with excellent and stable water quality, far superior to the effluent from traditional sedimentation. It can be directly reused for non-potable purposes such as greening irrigation and flushing, meeting strict environmental protection requirements.
4. Containerized integrated design: The entire process is highly integrated within a standard containerized shell. This design brings revolutionary advantages:
Rapid deployment: The equipment is prefabricated and tested in the factory. After arriving at the site, it only needs simple connection of pipes and cables to be put into use quickly, greatly shortening the construction period.
Convenient transportation: The standard container size is convenient for sea and land transportation, significantly reducing logistics costs and complexity, and is especially suitable for overseas projects such as Cote d 'Ivoire.
Save on civil engineering: Significantly reduce the on-site civil engineering volume, lower the overall project investment and construction difficulty.
Durable and sturdy: The carbon steel structure of the container provides excellent protection. The key components inside the equipment are made of anti-corrosion materials, suitable for tropical coastal environments. Customized stainless steel materials are also available.
